Somi AI is an AI writing platform designed to assist customers in delivering the most valuable and relevant content to improve the quality of the web. As long as you use Somi AI for legitimatepurposes and do not overburden our infrastructure, it is considered fair use.

Please be aware that sharing login details of unlimited accounts for monetary gains is considered illegal. Each seat is intended for one individual user only, and multiple users sharing one account are not permitted. If we detect the use of automated scripts that generate a high volume of traffic beyond human capability, it is not deemed fair use. Additionally, spending an entire day manually creating random queries that serve no actual purpose other than testing the Somi AI platform is also not considered fair use.

For any unreasonably high usage or sharing of login details outside of the original User with the Subscription, Somi AI reserves the right to block or permanently delete your account without any notice. No claim of any sort in this regard will be accepted, and no refunds will be issued. By using our Service, you commit to us that any claim/dispute in this regard raised by you or by your bank will be automatically rejected.
