Why has an administrator disabled my account

While this is a rare occurrence, Somi AI will occasionally permanently disable accounts for a few specific reasons:

  • Violation of terms of service: This includes activities such as account sharing and reselling, which are explicitly prohibited. If you directly purchase an account from a reseller, there is a risk of your account being disabled at any time. Additionally, accounts with abnormal activity or device counts are also flagged.
  • Fraudulent activity: If an account is found to have used a fraudulent payment method, it will be permanently disabled. This may also apply if a payment is disputed by the card owner as fraudulent. Somi AI actively reviews payments and reserves the right to disable accounts suspected of fraudulent activity.
  • Breach of our fair usage policy: If we detect the use of automated scripts that generate a high volume of traffic beyond human capability, it is not deemed fair use. Additionally, spending an entire day manually creating random queries that serve no actual purpose other than testing the Somi AI platform is also not considered fair use. For any unreasonably high usage or sharing of login details outside of the original user with the subscription, Somi AI reserves the right to block or permanently delete your account without notice.

If you believe your account was disabled by mistake, please email support@somi.ai, and we can review it further.
