7-Day Refund Policy

At Somi AI, we highly value your satisfaction and are dedicated to providing you with the best possible service. This commitment is why we extend a customer-friendly 7-day refund policy to all our plans except lifetime plans.


To facilitate a seamless and hassle-free refund process, we kindly request that you take note of the following eligibility criteria:

  • Refund requests should be submitted within seven (7) days of the original purchase of the Contract.
  • The usage of our services must not exceed 15,000 tokens or an equivalent metric for any of our paid plans during this period.


We recognize that circumstances may change, and to streamline the refund process, we've kept it as uncomplicated as possible. However, please be aware of the following:

  • Refunds are NOT issued automatically. If you opt to terminate your account, please ensure you contact us within seven (7) days of cancellation to request a refund.
  • By default, account cancellations are scheduled to take effect after your billing cycle.
  • We unfortunately cannot provide refunds for usage outside of our 7-day refund policy.
  • Likewise, refunds are not available if you've used your account within the same calendar month as your request unless it falls within the 7-day money-back guarantee. We recommend promptly cancelling your account to avoid any future subscription charges.
  • Please be aware that refunds apply solely to the current subscription charge on your account. We are unable to provide refunds for charges from the previous month or additional charges added to your account.

How to Request a Refund from Somi AI

If you meet these conditions and wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

Cancel your account through the account setting

  • Login to your account
  • Go to Usage & Billing
  • Select the "View subscription payment history" option
  • Find the Cancel plan button
  • Click on the Cancel plan button again to confirm the action


Contact support directly:

  • Send an email to support@somi.ai
  • Explain that you would like to cancel your subscription and request a refund


We are committed to addressing your requests promptly. You can expect a response to your request within 24-48 hours. Please note that your refund request will be timestamped and honoured based on when you send your email.
