Somi AI does share some information with a few third parties, such as our payment processors. We do this for a few reasons:
- To help make sure your subscription data works properly so you can be billed through a secure third party.
- To help us make product decisions. We use analytics software to help understand what people enjoy about the product, what people don't, and how we can better improve our products going forward.
- Our customer service interface will also pull some account details for our agents to better review and assist customers.
Do note that we actively take steps to limit the amount of information we share in the interest of consumer privacy.
