Before you proceed to sign in to the Somi AI affiliate program, please review and accept the following terms and conditions:

Sponsored ads

1. Running ads on branded keywords such as "Somi AI" or “Somi” on Google, Facebook, or other similar advertisement channels is strictly prohibited.
2. You are permitted to target generic keywords such as AI writing tools, AI chatbots, conversational AI, AI tools, AI writing assistants, AI writers, etc. However, running sponsored ads on brand-specific keywords like "Somi AI" will result in the cancellation of your affiliate account without any payment refunds.
3. You cannot infringe on Somi AI's trademarks at any time in your domain name,  including any misspellings.

Promote Deals

1. We kindly request our affiliates not to promote our products by running ads. It's important to note that promoting Somi AI using certain keywords is against our terms and conditions. Those found violating these terms will unfortunately be removed from the Somiai affiliate program without a refund of any commissions.
2. As an affiliate, please avoid bidding on keywords such as "Somi AI promote deals," "Somi AI Discounts," or any other phrases suggesting the availability of promotion.
3. Please ensure that the text on your affiliate links, buttons, or images is clear and accurate. Misleading information suggesting deals other than those currently authorized for that specific affiliate is not allowed.

Independent Contractor

1. Affiliates are considered independent contractors, not part of Somi AI's employees. This agreement clearly states that it does not establish a boss-employee or principal-agent relationship between Somi AI and You. This means you cannot represent or make commitments for Somi AI, nor do you share in their profits or losses."
2. Please be aware that the only form of compensation outlined in this agreement is payment. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all your actions or inactions.

Modifications.

1. This Agreement and Somi AI standard Terms of Service may be modified by Somi AI at any time, with or without prior notice to You.

Commission and Payments

1. You'll receive your payment on the first of each month, but it comes at least 30 days after the person you referred starts paying for their account. For instance, if someone you referred starts paying for their plan on January 2nd, you'll get your payment on March 1st.
2. You'll get paid for your commission in any month where the amount due is $100 or more.

Do not allow self-referral

1. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. The referral program is designed to encourage affiliates to promote our products, not for personal discount benefits. Any attempts to claim credit for your purchases will result in a permanent termination of both your affiliate and user accounts.

Prohibited sites with inappropriate content

1. Please avoid sharing Somi AI promotions on any sites that have inappropriate or offensive content, like those with violent, adult, defamatory, or offensive materials, or sites that breach the rights of others or break the law.
2. To make sure your campaign goes smoothly, we kindly ask that you stick to these guidelines.
3. Some reserve the right to change any terms or conditions of the affiliate program at any time. These modifications may include changes in payment terms, commission schedules, and more.
